Needless to say, ClickandBuy is not only certified by TÜV, Germany's leading technical inspection agency. It is also recognised as an e-Money institution under EU directive 2000/46/EG. As such, we are subject to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) which supervises all UK transactions. Being granted a licence from this body testifies to quality and security of the highest European standards: the regulations that we enforce are actually stricter that those applied to normal banks. Because every euro that exists "virtually" in the ClickandBuy system is actually physically deposited with us.
