Phishing

What is phishing?

Phishing is a way of attacking a user (e.g., a bank or ClickandBuy customer) via a fraudulent email in by getting the user to enter personal access data such as user name and password on a forged Internet site. Both the email and the Internet site are often nearly perfectly copied, so only a very close examination of them can reveal the forgery. The perpetrators use the personal data entered on the fraudulent Internet site to make purchases with your ClickandBuy account.

How can I protect myself against phishing?

ClickandBuy will never ask you to reveal your personal ClickandBuy access data via email, telephone or fax. Any email making such a request is fraudulent and should be ignored.

Only enter your user name and password to log into your ClickandBuy account directly on our homepage at www.clickandbuy.com/US/en/. For security reasons, you should always enter the URL of our homepage www.clickandbuy.com/US/en/ directly into your browser. During the payment process, please ensure that you are always connected to our billing server through an encrypted https connection. The domain "premium-link.net" serves to confirm the authenticity of our billing server.
