What is Easy Collect?
Easy Collect is a special billing process of ClickandBuy, which is only used by selected merchants.
How do I grant an Easy Collect authorization?
To make purchases with a merchant, you have to grant the merchant a so-called Easy Collect authorization. This authorization gives the merchant the right to charge your ClickandBuy account an amount that has not yet been determined at a later point in time. For example:
A merchant offers legal advice over the telephone. Before the telephone consultation with a legal advisor begins, the merchant asks you to authorize ClickandBuy to bill you for the consultation when the call is over.
Each merchant requires a separate Easy Collect authorization, which remains valid until you revoke it.
You can get an overview of your current Easy Collect authorizations in your ClickandBuy account in the Transactions area under menu item Easy Collect.How do I revoke an Easy Collect authorization?
Login with your user name and password. Click on the Transactions tab and then click on the menu item Easy Collect. By clicking on the Revoke button, you end the authorization.
When you revoke an Easy Collect authorization, please ensure that you are not in the position to make purchases with this merchant without reactivating your Easy Collect authorization.Related topics:
