Firewall

Your computer may be behind a firewall. This could be from a software program you have installed on your computer (personal firewall) or a hardware device (such as a router).

If you have a personal firewall (e.g., Norton Internet Security, Zonelarm, etc.) installed on your computer, you should deactivate it temporarily if you have any problems. You can find more information in the manual provided by the manufacturer of the personal firewall. If your computer is part of a network, please consult the administrator.
