How do you pay with ClickandBuy?
Select the offer with the merchant
You have selected a product or service from one of more than 14,000 ClickandBuy merchants. How to pay with ClickandBuy. Click on the ClickandBuy logo of the merchant. Some merchants require you to select our name in other ways, for example from a drop-down list.
At this point, the payment process via ClickandBuy will usually be started. You will then be automatically redirected from the merchant's site to our payment page.
On the ClickandBuy payment page
Logging in and registering
If you are already a ClickandBuy customer, you can log in directly with your user name and password. If you are not yet a customer, you will be asked to register at ClickandBuy. To do so, just follow the instructions on the screen.
Selecting payment method
After you have logged in, select the payment method you want to use to pay for the merchant’s product or service. If you have registered more than one payment method in your ClickandBuy account, you will be able to choose the method you wish to use here. In certain circumstances, some payment methods may not be permitted for certain purchases. A blocked payment method will be designated with a red cross.
Please note: If, at the time of your purchase, you made a payment that appears as a ClickandBuycredit on your account, the purchase price of the product or service will be charged against this credit. If the credit on your account is ClickandBuy large enough, you will not be asked to select a payment method. If your credit is not large enough to cover the purchase price, you will be asked to select a payment method for the difference in price.
Confirming payment
Before an amount is charged to your ClickandBuy account or other payment method you are required to give your permission for the purchase. For this reason, you will be expressly asked to confirm your purchase.
Ready
If your payment has been correctly received at ClickandBuy, you will be redirected to the merchant’s site. You will be able to approve your purchase or receive additional information.
What to do if the product or service you have bought is not available even though payment was made. Unfortunately, ClickandBuy can only help with this in certain circumstances. For this reason, you should contact the merchant directly when this happens. The merchant will be in a better position to tell you how to access their site. You have now received your product or service from the merchant or placed an order. Now the payment has to be charged. Depending on the payment method and the amount to be paid, an open payment is made to ClickandBuy immediately or up to several days later. For economic reasons, micropayments are not posted until a specific minimum amount has been reached. If this minimum level has not been reached by the end of the month, the amount will be billed anyway; but rest assured, we will only bill you for the amount you have actually spent!
All transactions – both pending items and items that have already been billed – can be viewed in your ClickandBuy account: Log in with your user name and password at ClickandBuy and click on the Transactions tab. All pending or final transactions can be seen under menu item Transaction History. If you would like more information, please see the section Where can I view my transactions?.
