What is the security question?
The security question is a question picked by you that is stored by ClickandBuy together with the answer you provided on the secure server of ClickandBuy. You will need the security question (and answer) if you forget your password and need to request a new password.
When do you create the security question?
When you register: The system will automatically ask you to select your security question from a list of several predetermined questions. You then provide an answer for the question you picked. The question and answer are stored with ClickandBuy.
Please treat your security question and answer as you would any other private data, keeping it as secret as possible. Do not share the information with other people.What if I forget the answer to my security question?
If you are unable to answer your security question correctly, please send an email to our Customer Service Team at service@us.clickandbuy.com. We will then send you the appropriate instructions via email.
If you have forgotten your registration information, we cannot release your data until we receive confirmation in writing. Please send your confirmation using this form Registration without any costs to ClickandBuy-Customer Service Team.
