Have you forgotten your password?

It happens. It’s easy, quick and secure to get a new password using our forgotten password process:
 

1. Click the link Forgotten password. The link is located at ClickandBuy-Portal below the login field.
   
   This will start the forgotten password process.
    
2. Enter your ClickandBuy user name and then click on the To the security question button. 
3. There are two options:
   
   Option A
   Answer the security question OR enter your birth date. Then click on the Send button.
   
   An email will be sent to the email address you provided at ClickandBuy. This email will contain a security code generated for you. Enter this security code on the following page.
   
   Option B
   If you have already received a security code via email, you can enter that code directly. You would normally choose this option if you had previously requested a security code and you now wish to end the forgotten password process.
    
4. Enter your new password and then click on the Send button.
   
   Your password will be changed.
   

You can then go directly to your ClickandBuy account where you can check current and past orders, manage your account settings, and more.

Is your email address no longer active?

If you have forgotten your password and can no longer use your old email address, please call our Customer Service Team. A ClickandBuy employee will be glad to help you change your password.

To do this, we will also need written confirmation of your details. Please send us a copy of your ID card with accompanying instructions via fax to: 1-866-907-6239.

 

Would you like to change your password?

It's easy. Login with your current password at ClickandBuy-Portal. Change your settings in the Settingsarea. Just click the menu item Change Password to change your password anytime.

Tips for a secure password

• Make sure you are the only person who knows your password.
  
• Your password should consist of at least six characters, preferably a combination of letters and numbers.
