What personal data we collect and how we use it

- the relevant Provider if you complain about its products or services. You also agree to give the Provider this data if any payment to the Provider cannot be successfully processed or if later processing is necessary. ClickandBuy may also transmit your personal data to the relevant Provider in connection with any subscription you take out, or if the Provider makes the transmission of personal data a mandatory condition for making a purchase. ClickandBuy may also transmit personal data to the relevant Provider for the use of mobile services and cell phone offers;
- any of our agents or contractors who assist us in providing the services we offer through the Site, including assisting in carrying out identification checks, fraud prevention, analysing data, providing support services or in other tasks, from time to time. Our agents and contractors will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their functions;
- governmental and/or regulatory institutions and authorities only if we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example if required by a court or for the purpose of prevention of money laundering, fraud or other crime);

Cookies

This way you don’t have to enter your email again when you log in to the account management of your ClickandBuy. The data contained on the cookie is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties.

ClickandBuy sends out newsletters on a regular basis to keep you informed about offers, news and services. When registering for a ClickandBuy account, you can consent to our sending these newsletters to you by ticking the appropriate box.
We may also, where you have so consented, contact you, from time to time, by post, email, telephone and/or text message, with information we think you may find useful about ClickandBuy’s products and services and those of our carefully selected partners.

You can tell us not to contact you with information regarding our products and services or those of our partners or to share your details with our partners so that they can send you information regarding their products and services, either at the point such information is collected on the site or, where you do not wish us to continue to use your information in this way, by following the unsubscribe instructions on any communications sent to you.
