Periodic changes may need to be made to this policy to take into account any additional ClickandBuy service functions, features or products that are developed and incorporated into the site from time to time. Any future changes will be posted to this policy and you may be notified of changes in our communications to you.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from this site and we recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit.

What personal data we collect and how we use it

As part of the ClickandBuy registration process, we will collect certain personal information that you will be asked to provide to us (including your name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, bank account information or credit card information). We will also collect information about which products and services of any third party service provider (“Provider”) you purchase using your ClickandBuy account. Please note that ClickandBuy may, in the interests of detecting and preventing fraud and money laundering, use third party tools for the purposes of identity and age verification.

You agree that the personal data you provide or which we otherwise obtain about you can be used for the authorized provision of the ClickandBuy system, to administer your account and for payment processing in respect of each provider.
This personal data may be passed to:

  • the relevant Provider if you complain about its products or services. You also agree to give the Provider this data if any payment to the Provider cannot be successfully processed or if later processing is necessary. ClickandBuy may also transmit your personal data to the relevant Provider in connection with any subscription you take out, or if the Provider makes the transmission of personal data a mandatory condition for making a purchase. ClickandBuy may also transmit personal data to the relevant Provider for the use of mobile services and cell phone offers;
  • any of our agents or contractors who assist us in providing the services we offer through the Site, including assisting in carrying out identification checks, fraud prevention, analysing data, providing support services or in other tasks, from time to time. Our agents and contractors will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their functions;
  • governmental and/or regulatory institutions and authorities only if we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example if required by a court or for the purpose of prevention of money laundering, fraud or other crime);
  • a third party as part of the reorganisation or a sale of the assets of ClickandBuy; and/or
  • other ClickandBuy group companies.

Other than as described above, no information will be passed on to any other third parties.
Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are, from time to time, located in a country outside the EEA or if any of the parties referred to in the paragraph above is located in a country outside the EEA. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EEA. If we transfer your information outside the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to be protected.

All personal data is collected, processed, stored and used in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that make it easier for you to use our online offer. Your Internet browser receives these files automatically from our server and saves the cookies on your computer. ClickandBuy uses two types of cookies. So-called session cookies and permanent cookies. We send a session cookie to your computer when you log in to your ClickandBuy account by entering your email address and password. This has the following advantage for you:
If you visit several ClickandBuy providers, the cookie helps you be recognized on each page. It is also not necessary to enter your password again. This makes our service easier and quicker to use. When you log out or close your browser, this cookie is deleted and is no longer effective.

We also use a permanent cookie. This has the advantage that your email address is always shown on the login page. This way you don’t have to enter your email again when you log in to the account management of your ClickandBuy. The data contained on the cookie is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties.

You can set your browser so that it informs you when it accepts a cookie or so that it does not accept cookies. Please make sure that your browser settings allow cookies so that you can take full advantage of all our services without any loss of quality.
