Support Manager (Merchant Integration)

Your Tasks:

As part of the sales team you are strongly involved in the pre-sales and after-sales processes. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Identify the Merchant’s requirements in cooperation with Sales
• Provide the Merchant with relevant technical documentation and consultancy
• Explain ClickandBuy products both functionally and technically to the Merchant
• Create integration support material such as integration guidelines, presentation and demonstrations
• Implement ClickandBuy’s payment solution on the Merchant’s website or application
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure a smooth and prompt implementation experience
• Help merchants in their testing processes
• Ensure quality during integration processes
• Ensure that ClickandBuy is optimally integrated on Merchant’s side
• Provide technical support to existing Merchants
• Conduct any other activity supporting ClickandBuy’s business

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or at least 2 years experience as a consultant, software developer or sales engineer in ecommerce, retail or online payment industry
• Good communication skills and experience in BtoB (ideally in pre and after sales)
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• High level of customer orientation
• Assertive and self-motivated
• Programming experience in one or more major programming language (PHP, JSP, ASP, dotNET and SQL)
• Experience with Internet technologies is a must (Web Services/SOAP, XML, HTML, HTTP, FTP, and SSL)
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of German is a plus
