Problems with ...

I made payments with giropay, iDEAL, eps, DIRECTecbanking or Sofortüberweisung. Why can’t I pay with it now?

Due to the following reasons it may occur that you cannot use giropay, iDEAL, eps, DIRECTecbanking or Sofortüberweisung for some payment although you may have used giropay, iDEAL, eps, DIRECTecbanking or Sofortüberweisung payments before:
  1. It is not possible to pay with giropay, iDEAL, eps, DIRECTecbanking or Sofortüberweisung for subscriptions and offers that require easy collect authorisation.
  2. The amount of the payment is too low: giropay allows payments in the amount of at least 5 EUR.
