  • somebody has paid you with a stolen credit card

Please note the following if you want coverage by our Vendor Protection service:

 

  • the service is available to e-commerce vendors only
  • you must describe the products that you sell accurately and appropriately
  • only dispatch your customer's goods to the delivery address that you gave to ClickandBuy
  • insure your consignment and obtain / retain a receipt from the post office so that you can send it to us in the event of non-payment
  • dispatch the merchandise promptly – within seven days of the order being placed
